oz aged Cheddar, sliced
Soda bread, sliced, if desired
Assorted fruit, if desired
Onto serving plate, arrange: cheeses. Serve with soda bread and fruit.
Recipe can be easily be doubled or tripled.
Serve a selection of fresh fruit with your cheese plate.
