  • 7 oz Cashel Blue cheese
  • 7 oz Dubliner cheese, sliced
  • 7 oz aged Cheddar, sliced
  • Soda bread, sliced, if desired
  • Assorted fruit, if desired

    Onto serving plate, arrange: cheeses. Serve with soda bread and fruit.

  • Recipe can be easily be doubled or tripled.
  • Serve a selection of fresh fruit with your cheese plate.
