cup IPA beer

teaspoon honey mustard

teaspoon ground red pepper (cayenne)

Garnish, if desired

Sliced green onion

Serve With, if desired

Directions

  • 1 In 2-quart saucepan, heat Dip ingredients over low heat, stirring frequently, until cheeses melt and mixture is smooth.
  • 2 Sprinkle with red pepper and green onion. Serve with chips.

Choose a milder beer if that suits your taste buds, but don't go too strong or bitter or the dip will taste bitter too.

Melting the cheese mixture over low heat prevents clumping and separation so you end up with delicious creamy dip!
