Serve up turkey and vegetables by the slice. It’s easy when they’re baked with Monterey Jack cheese in a creamy ranch pie.
cups cut-up cooked turkey
cups Green Giant™ Steamers™ frozen mixed vegetables
cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 ounces)
cup Original Bisquick™ mix
envelope (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix
Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Place turkey and mixed vegetables in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
Bake 33 to 38 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.
Try this tasty turkey pie with different combinations of frozen mixed vegetables.
Use taco-seasoned cheese in place of the Monterey Jack for Impossibly Easy Turkey-Taco-Ranch Pie. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, sliced ripe olives and sour cream.
Save this one! Holiday leftovers won’t seem humdrum with this easy pie recipe.
Savory Impossibly Easy Pies can be covered and refrigerated up to 24 hours before baking. You may need to bake a bit longer than the recipe directs since you’ll be starting with a cold pie. Watch carefully for doneness.
