Impossibly Easy Turkey-Ranch Pie

Ingredients

1 1/2: cups cut-up cooked turkey

1 1/2: cups Green Giant® Valley Fresh Steamers™ frozen mixed vegetables

1/2: cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese (2 ounces)

1/2: cup Original Bisquick® mix

1: envelope (1 ounce) ranch dressing mix

1: cup milk

2: eggs

Directions

1 Heat oven to 400ºF. Grease 9-inch pie plate. Place turkey and mixed vegetables in pie plate. Sprinkle with cheese.
2 Stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
3 Bake 33 to 38 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes.

I needed to gave your recipe 4 spoons, I needed to spice it up for us 1st I double the recipe Taco seasoning mix low sodium can Rotel tomatoes with green chile(mild drained), some salsa verde(med. drained)for veggie can corn drained, Mexican chili beans(no meat)Mexican blend cheese. I kind of combine this recipe and Turkey Club Pie recipe and my own hope don't mind =^..^=

I did not mind this recipe, but my husband really did not like it. We don't eat processed foods really, so I think that's the main problem. I bought organic ranch dip mix thinking that would help. I think the other issue is the type of vegetables the recipe calls for don't really go with it. Maybe if you used broccoli it would be better? I probably won't make it again.
