Serve up turkey and vegetables by the slice. It’s easy when they’re baked with Monterey Jack cheese in a creamy ranch pie.

I did not mind this recipe, but my husband really did not like it. We don't eat processed foods really, so I think that's the main problem. I bought organic ranch dip mix thinking that would help. I think the other issue is the type of vegetables the recipe calls for don't really go with it. Maybe if you used broccoli it would be better? I probably won't make it again.

Too much egg for my taste, and I didn't taste the "ranch". I'm eating the leftovers for breakfast with picante sauce. Won't make this again.

This was very easy and delicious! I substituted broccoli for the vegetables. I would definitely make this again, as my boyfriend really liked it.

Don't use frozen vegetables for this recipe. Substitute a can of mixed vegetables or peas & carrots. I make it that way and my family LOVES it. I think the frozen vegetables give the dish a "raw" taste. We never have any left overs when I make this.

We were not impressed with this recipe. It seemed like a good concept, but it didn''t turn out well at all. The flavor of the green beans was too overwhelming.. I guess the flavors just didn''t "mesh" well.

Well as much as I love to cook, I will not be repeating this dish. It had very little flavor and the cheesy taste was overpowered by the frozen veggies. As for using this as a post-Thanksgiving Day dish, I would suggest for others to do something else with their leftover turkey!
