I've made this sooooo many times. It's really quick and EASY! Love it for lazy day breakfast, but also good for an easy supper. I sometimes add extras, tomato, bacon, zucchini. I also add a third egg and use a deep 10 inch pan. We really love this one, but then again we LOVE all the impossible pies I have tried!

This was great! I added bacon and it was very breakfast-y but still superb for dinner. I first made it for a dinner party of 10 people and everyone loved it :)
