This was great! I added bacon and it was very breakfast-y but still superb for dinner. I first made it for a dinner party of 10 people and everyone loved it :)

I made this a few times already!my picky kids and hubby loved this!!!I changed it instead of the peppers I used bacon YUMMY!!!!!I also tried it with ham that was good also!It's funny I like this recipe so much because I don't like cottage cheese?!

I made it twice. The first time I followed the insttuctions to the letter and it came out horrable. The second time I mixed all ingredients together and it till was flat. I think that my bisquick was old or something or maybe instead of 1/2 cup it needs to read one cup of bisquick. I give it one spoon.

Very good and easy. I doubled it so I put it in an 8x8 instead of a pie pan and added some bacon pieces. Even my picky toddler ate it. I will be keeping this recipe.

I made this recipe a few times already. That's how delicious it is. My husband loves it & each person that tries it, likes it too. I substitute crumbled feta cheese for either the mozzarella or cheddar & instead of green pepper, I add chopped small green olives stuffed with feta cheese or pimento.

Soooo light & creamy & cheesy! I didn't change a thing the 1st time around, altho I can see adding bacon bits or ham to this wonderful Impossible Pie. If you are using a darker, non-stick pie plate, you may want to consider lowering the oven temp 25° to keep from over browning the onions on top.

This is a very quick and easy to prepare recipe that is very tasty and delicious. You can always substitute the cottage cheese for another tasty cheese (I made it with fresh parmesan and it was so delicious).
