Very good! Shorten the time and/or bring temp down to 375! Add some canned corn, cilantro and avacado and it is GREAT!

YUM! Like other reviewers, I added black beans and corn. Served with salsa and diced avocado. Great recipe!

We had this for the first time tonight and it was great. Left overs should be just as good. My wife, (the Mexican food fanatic), even got herself a second helping.

My mom introduced this to me years ago. It was as delicious as I remembered it. Perfect as is, but I tweek it a bit with extra ingredients and bake it in a 13 x 9 inch pan.

I've made this several times for my fam and it's always a hit with salsa, sour cream a few tortilla chips. I add extra cheese to the mixture as well as the cheese on top. Whenever I make this pie, I make two so I can freeze one for later. Love it!

Why are there only 5 stars?? This was great. I added olives, tomatoes, jalapeño, green peppers and salsa to it. Added a bit of salsa to the bisquick mix. Baked it about 35 minutes and added the cheese on top and let it rest on the counter for about 5 minutes. Served on a bed of lettuce with sour cream, salsa and hot sauce. One piece left for lunch!!! :) :)

This is easy and great taste. I added one cup of cheese in the actual mixture. Truly a big fam hit!

"I love this recipe. I tweak it a bit. I use ground turkey instead of ground beef. I always double it and pour it into a large lasagne casserole dish. To the recipe, I add one can of corn, and one can of olives, drained. When serving, I add a square of taco pie on top of a bed of shredded lettuce. Then I add a dollop of light sour cream. Then, I add diced avocado to prepared salsa and spoon on top of the sour cream. I add shredded 5 Mexican Cheese to top everything. It's pretty and a complete meal!

My husband loved this! he thought it was very meaty. I also added black beans and corn to the meat mixture. And poured salsa on top of the meat before the bisquick and egg mixture. SOOO good!

I thought this tasted ok. I wasn't crazy about the taste of the crust. I think the taste of the eggs came out too much and that's what I didn't like. My husband and kids like this though so I will probably make it again.
