My husband and I liked this. I followed the suggestion and used 1 cup of bisquick. Also I used the large cooked shrimp(I just removed the tails and cut them in half.)I put some choppped onions in along with the green onions. As a meat eater trying to switch to some low cal seafood, this fit the bill nicely. Next time I will put some cocktail sauce in the bottom of the pie plate. I felt it needed some kind of sauce.

Was not "wowed" by this recipe. Did not have a lot of flavor. Could not taste the shrimp. Will not be making it again.

At my house, this was so well received that it has been re-named 'Impossibly WONDERFUL Shrimp Pie'. Don't put it on the top rack of the oven lest the 'crust' get too brown and become difficult to cut. A great Friday recipe!

Made this tonight and it was great. I loved that it was quick to throw together and minimal ingredients. My hubby ate it up and asked me to make it again. I used 1 c Bisquick based on some of the other suggestions on the "Impossibly Easy" recipes and I used mozzarella instead of swiss. We will be making this again soon.

made this today my girlfriend thought it was great. added a little extra shrinp and swiss cheese. also put a little fresh grated parmesan.also made a easy shrimp cocktail sauce,made a nice touch.
