Delicious sausage-and-eggs breakfast is impossibly easy when it's baked all in one pan.

A disaster. I followed the directions exactly and wound up with soup - even after cooking an extra 10 minutes. Straight into the trash.

This is incredibly YUMMY! I used spicy sausage, maybe a tad bit more cheese (sharp cheddar) and a tad bit more of the wet mixture and it was GREAT! I'm guessing it is the shredded frozen potatoes in it but it just melts right in your mouth! I cooked the sausage, onions and red peppers the night before and stuck those in the fridge. Next morning, heated them slightly and proceeded with the recipe. Was done putting together in like 5-10 minutes. Highly recommend!!

I love this recipe with a few variations. I use turkey sausage to cut down on the fat, drl monte canned diced potatoes, no bell pepper, and add a can of green chilies for kick.

Made this today and it was GREAT!!! I used ham that I chopped into small pieces. I was also out of cheddar cheese so I used 4 slices of American cheese stacked on top of each other and I cut them into small pieces. My son who doesn't even eat eggs loved it too. I don't think he even realized they were in there since you mix them with the Bisquick. Will definitely make this again!!!

I have been making this recipe ever since I saw it in one of the small Betty Crocker cookbooks availabe at the check-outs around Christmas time many years ago. I use Bob Evans Maple flavored bulk sausage and I cook my own potatoes (small diced). I also use lots of cheese. I have never served this to anyone who didn't think it was TOTALLY AWESOME!!!!

This was just OK - great flavor but I didn't care for the consistency, rather mushy. Won't be a keeper.

I added drained canned mushrooms and used refrigerated hash browns instead of frozen, also a little crused red pepper flakes - VERY GOOD!

I have prepared this basic recipe many times and it is always a big hit. Wonderful texture & taste. I change up the meats & veggie's and prepare it many different ways. I use fresh mushrooms, ham, red peppers, just all diffenent ways and it is always great.
