Like salmon? You’ll love it baked with asparagus, onions and Swiss cheese in this savory quiche-like pie.

Since I love salmon, swiss cheese and asparagus this recipe seemed perfect. I followed the recipe exactly and the result was very bland and not very flavorful. I even added extra cheese afterward but that did not help the flavor. I doused it with hot sauce and was able to eat one serving of it but unfortunately couldn't eat the rest. The dogs were happy at dinner time but sadly I was very disappointed with this recipe.

sliced fresh tomatoes on top of this JUST before you put it in the oven sprinkled with some fresh grated parmessan is EXCELLENT...I do something very similar to this with brocolli, too! DELICIOUS But then, we haven't found one of the impossible pies that isn't delicious!

This dish was excellent and easy to prepare. It just should be called a quiche as it had the same sort of taste/texture. This would be an amazing and easy dish if you were hosting a champagne brunch! But as a dinner dish, not so much. Still, my very "meat and potatoes" boyfriend went back for seconds and loved it.

I am not a master chef (wish!) so I made a few mistakes e.g. did not cut the asparagus small enough. Overall, the recipe was wonderful, a delightful diversion from the average quiche.

I made this for our Friday night Lenten meal and it came out very good and my friends wanted the recipe for it. I will make this again and it was very easy and tasty.

I made this last night because we had fresh asparagus from the garden, and basil frozen from last summer. I made it using the pouch of salmon which I like better. I also made it ahead and put it in the refrigerator because we had shopping to do and baked it when we got home. That worked well. Today I e-mailed the recipe to my mother. I would make it again it was so good and easy.

This is a great dish to take to friends needing food, it is my new to-go recipe. I add rolls and fresh fruit to make a meal. It is very easy and I use either salmon or tuna and whatever type cheese I have on hand.

I was looking for a way to use some cooked leftover asparagus so didn''t add any fish. Also used about 8 ounces of Edam cheese. It was delicious. The remainders even zap weell although I think I''ll toaster oven the rest.
