Enjoy flavors from the Mediterranean. Feta cheese, roasted peppers and bacon bake into a great-tasting, impossibly easy pie.

Excellent with some modifications to be vegetarian: -omit bacon -add can artichokes (other suggested this--very good tip) -add loads of fresh basil -add diced tomato

This was basic. To get great "greek" flavor add 1/2 box of frozen/thawed/squeezed dry chopped spinach, sauteed with 1/2 a small chopped onion, 1/2 tsp. mint, 1/8 tsp. nutmeg, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, salt/pepper to taste. Yes, season Bisquick mix with pepper.

This Impossibly Easy Pie was so, so good! If you are a fan of the flavors incorporated (feta, roasted, red pepper, and onions) you will like to make this as well. I especially like the fact that it was easy to make.

This was great- quick and easy, the whole family likes it and the last time i made it i added a little left over chicken which gives a protein boost and makes it a little hardier.

I made this for Mother''s day brunch last year-it was a BIG hit..eventhough I had made a mistake and added something together that I should not have in the recipe..My Sister in laws Mother still raves about this pie-so I am going to make it every year~!

We love this pie! I always make it with skim milk and reduced fat Bisquick and still have no problems. When my husband cooks, to help him out, I buy the REAL bacon bits and substitute them. It''s just hard to mess it up!

This was so good, but I did adjust the recipe since other reviews complained it was bland. I cooked up some sweet onion and mushrooms and added it to the red peppers. I also added some ground pepper to the bisquick mix. It was delicious! Use turkey bacon to reduce the fat content, it tastes just as good!

As Emeril says, I don''t know where you get your (eggs, etc.) but mine don''t come seasoned. Always add salt and pepper to taste, no matter what the recipe says or omits. A dash of hot sauce is also a great addition to any recipe featuring eggs. Hope yours turns out great!
