I'm a beginner cook, and this recipe is great for me! It is so quicky and easy, and it's great for me when I'm tired after work and don't want to spend alot of time cooking. My husband (who is a picky eater) also loves it! It seems like we have it at least 2 or 3 times a month.

Great taste. I added more chiles to give it a hotter flavor. Very easy to make as are most of the Impossible pies.

This recipe reminded me of chile rellenos. I doubled the recipe and baked it in a 9" x 13" pan. It's excellent served with homemade salsa and sour cream. My family and friends loved it, so I'll definitely be making it again!! :0)

I made this with just milk, bisquick, eggs, and cheese, and WOW, was it good. What an easy (and yummy) breakfast dish. Great for kids, as it isn't spicy but still has flavor. I used the healthier version of bisquick.
