Great taste. I added more chiles to give it a hotter flavor. Very easy to make as are most of the Impossible pies.

This recipe reminded me of chile rellenos. I doubled the recipe and baked it in a 9" x 13" pan. It's excellent served with homemade salsa and sour cream. My family and friends loved it, so I'll definitely be making it again!! :0)

I made this with just milk, bisquick, eggs, and cheese, and WOW, was it good. What an easy (and yummy) breakfast dish. Great for kids, as it isn't spicy but still has flavor. I used the healthier version of bisquick.

Great quick meal. I added canned white meat chicken for the flavor of chicken quesadilla. Also used canned hot jaapeno peppers in stead of chilies
