I used 12 oz pinapple chunks and 1/2 cup craisins for this pie and used 1/2 cup walnuts instead of almonds. I followed the recipe besides those changes and it was to die for! Really delish! I had a taste for something with pinapple. Try it with any fruit Im sure it will be excellent!

This pie tastes pretty good. I didn't do too many changes, the combination of peach and raspberries are very good. I might have to say that it is a little bit sweet, but I was able to eat it. I would probably add 1/2 cup of sugar for the pie filling next time.

This pie turned out great! I made a few changes though. I used a 16 oz bag of mixed berries- strawberries, blackberries, and blueberries. I only had 2 packs of diced peaches on hand (from a 4 pack that you put in kid's lunches) so I also added them. I did drain all fruits. I also used 2/3 cups of sugar as called for in the directions because it was different units than what was in the list of ingredients. ( I used 1/3 cup splenda plus 1/3 cup regular sugar.) The crumb topping was delicious. My dad loved it, and he doesn't require a gluten free diet. You can't tell this gluten free at all. I will definitely make again. Easy to cange to different fruit combinations too. Tastes extra good topped with whip cream.
