I'm going to make the easy mini pumpkin pies and am wondering if I could use 2% milk and Splenda in lieu of evaporated and sugar. Has anyone tried this? Thanks in advance for your help.

Very easy, very good, too! I doubled the recipe (to use up the rest of the evaporated milk & pumpkin) but only used a total of 3 eggs. Yums!

easy to make and turned out good, everyone liked them but I still think classic pumpkin pie is better, they werent anything to push the tradition out the door!

These were, as all the impossible dishes, the easiest to make. Few ingredients made very affordable and the size was just right for those who still craved pumpkin pie taste after Thanksgiving dinner!! Only regret: Not having made double batch!

I made these this morning to take to a friends and had to try one. So good. I will definately be making again. And oh so easy to make. I didn't have any whipped topping but that would only make these better. Thank Betty Crocker I think I'll be a welcome guest.
