Made this last night. They looked cute, but were too dry! I would make it again and just skip the muffin pan & bisquick and just make real burgers from it.

Delicious! Followed all ingredients, plus: I fried the lamb and onions with fresh garlic, and added some drained, chopped frozen spinach and oregano. Wow!!

I made these last night and it took all the will power I had not to eat the whole batch! The only thing I am going to try different is to use paper cups. Even with the baking spray, they stuck to the pan. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing. Delicious!

These were really good. Couple of hints though - I used ground lamb, much tastier, and added some fresh garlic. Also, these amounts are not enough for 12 servings. I put 2 tbsp of the bisquick mix in, then divided the meat mixture between 6 regular muffin cups, then put another 2 tbsp of the bisquick mix on top. It made 6 nice full to the top pies. If you wanted to do these for a party appetizer, I'd use this amount to fill 12 mini muffin cups. But if you need 12 dinner servings, double everything. 2 of these were very filling, and we had some fresh cucumber cut into spears on the side, with some sour cream.. (Too lazy today or I would have made some Tzatziki sauce.) I'll be making these again for sure.
