The easiest, tastiest, greatest recipe on this site. An excellent football watching snack - hand held and eaten. I highly recommend this to anyone, even the children will love them.

I made this recipe a few nights ago. I did see other reviews regarding the crust sticking and even though i used muffin liners it stuck on me too. I am not sure how to fix that aspect of this recipe. however, I did change up the ingredients a small bit, i used canned chicken and heated that in the skillet as suggested, I added my broth and about a half a can of cheddar cheese soup as I didn't have cream of chicken and i wanted more flavor and creaminess. I added pepper. garlic salt, red pepper flakes and a few other seasonings, veggies at the end and heated it through adding more broth as needed to keep it creamy. the flavor was fabulous and I would make the chicken mixture again, but this time, serve it over biscuits or just make a true pot pie crust. :)

Eh, these were just okay. I wanted to make these for my parents who prefer somewhat bland food. Well, these sure are bland. I made exactly as stated and they turned out very dry and tasteless. If I ever make these again, I will definitely add some spices to give them some flavor. However, as written, I would not make them again - a waste of a lot of good ingredients.

Has anyone tried this using reduced fat Bisquick? Just wondered if it would work as well.

Just made these and used leftover turkey and turkey broth. The house smells great as these cook. Talk about delicious. What a great recipe.

I have made this twice and making the third time tonight. The first were too small made in regular size muffin pans. There were four of us for lunch and each had 3 and could have had 3 more. Next time I increase batter by 1/2 so 3/4 c milk, 3/4 c bisquick and 3 eggs. Used the large muffin pans and got 6 large. They were wonderful The additional batter is needed in my opinion but a wonderful recipe. Just tweek it for yourself.

These were so good! I used rotisserie chicken and mixed frozen vegetables with corn, carrots & asparagus. It was so good! I think I got aobut 9 rather than 6 from the recipe.

I'm a vegetarian, so I made these using a bag of mixed vegetables along with some chopped celery, onion and diced potato. I cooked it all according to the directions for the chicken while using vegetable broth instead of the chicken broth. I used twice the amount of broth to keep it from all cooking away before the potatoes were done. I have meat eaters in my family, so I added some frozen cubed cooked chicken breasts to theirs. What's great about these is that you can add anything you want to them.

I made two batches on the second batch I used a little less of the bis quick mix. I used more of the filling and we enjoyed it more. When following the directions we felt there was to much of a muffin taste. I also spooned a little of cream of chicken soup on each muffin so it wasn't dry. Even though I thoroughly greased my tins my muffins still stuck. I used a knife to get it out. It would have been nicer if there wasn't such a struggle to get them out. I would make this again using a little less mix in each muffin.
