Fantastic taste. Fast to get together. Used Draind cans of Vegetables and added Garlic Powder n' Onion Powder. Turned out so Good the Two of Us eat 6 Muffins. Next Time we'll make as appetizers for party. Thanks for the Great Recipe !!

tripling the batch and using frozen green beans, corn, carrots, and peas: used a heaping 1/2 cup in jumbo muffin pans. ended up with 12 that were a monster hit here!

Made these for dinner tonight. Wonderful! Used both chicken breast and thighs, added some garlic powder, and poultry seasoning in place of the thyme. Also used Monterey/Colby cheese. Thought of mixing the broth with heavy cream the next time to make a thicker sauce.

Made these tonight and my family loved them! Big thumbs up from the whole gang. The did however double the recipe and I made a change instead of using the frozen veggies I just used a can of mixed vegetables and drained the liquid. Also mine were very moist because I added 1/4 stick of melted butter to my wet mix. (oh well they are a bit more fattening with butter but we enjoyed them!) I served with cheesy potatoes and dinner salad. It was a huge success with my gang and I have picky eaters! I will be making these often and I will do mini mini's for party appetizers! YUM YUM!

I would try adding a bit cream of chicken soup to the mixture, if they were too dry.

These were not good to me, but my family seemed to enjoy them. If I make them again, I'm going to omit the thyme. It was way too strong. I don't really like thyme anyway, so when I was preparing the filling, it smelled horrible, and unfortunately, I thought the taste was similar to the smell. I only gave it three stars because my family liked them.

LynnBee: why not use gravy as a sauce? That way people could add as much or as little as wanted.

Please someone tell me a sauce to use over these. They are sitting in my refrigerator & are way too dry to serve tomorrow night. ALSO, can they be frozen and able to use another day ?? After I get a sauce recipe from someone here. I'll just go buy something different to serve tomorrow night, but don't want to waste all the effort I put into these.

Delicious! I actually have made these several times & each time they are wonderful. I always cook a bunch of chicken in a crockpot, shred it, & divide into bags to freeze. It's a part of our monthly meal planning preparation. I marinate them while they're freezing! For those who thought they were too dry, you might try my method! Thanks for a wonderful recipe as always!
