Everybody in my family loved these. So fast and easy. Anyone can make these. I had no problem with sticking. Just love the idea of little pies. They are so cute.

These were really tasty! I tweaked the recipe a bit and used a small amount of cream of chicken soup and chicken boullion in place of the cheese and used chicken seasoning, onion, garlic, salt, and pepper with broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots for the veggies.

I made these and family loved them. I did a small change to this recipe. I made chicken and cheese version of these and family loved them as well. Follow same recipe except I omitted the broccoli. Another version for some who do not like broccoli or have picky eaters.

Love impossible pies but would love a sauce for these minis. Any suggestions?

I have been making these for a long time but I never thought to use chicken They are very low in carbs and are diabetic friendly. And of course they are delicious especially with a little green onion!

my family really liked this! However I made it a little different! I added a clove of garlic, some season salt on top of the salt and pepper already said. Then I added some shredded carrots to it. My husband, and all my kids loved it! We're having it for lunch tomorrow (we'll see if my niece likes it ha ha-she doesn't like veggies). I actually doubled the recipes so we had a little left over. I also made some chicken gravy to go on top of it too; just in case. We liked it both ways. With and without the gravy! :) Thanks Betty Crocker!

I increased the Bisquick and milk to 1 c which was too much. Next time I'll go withTnTdancers suggestion for 3/4 c. I made half with cut-up turkey sausage links and they were a hit. I seasoned the chicken and browned the onions in the delicious juices and this added to the overall flavor. The only downside is that in spite of my spraying the muffin pan - they still stuck. I'll just butter the tin next time. Quick, easy and perfect for a quick light snack on the run - I will make them again.

Betty, you really let me down! These were bland, tasteless, and dry. They have NO flavor...might be improved by using shredded roasted chicken instead, but I don't think it's worth the bother.

I actually preferred this to the full-size impossible pies. My only complaint was that mine didn't come out as large as the picture. I think next time I will increase the Bisquick mix and milk to 3/4 cup. My husband described it as "tasty" and then proceeded to add some Frank's Red Hot sauce on top. Once he did that he said it tasted like Buffalo Chicken Pizza. Will probably mix in some sauce next time. Used leftover baked chicken and "low-fat" substitutes for the remaining ingredients.
