EXPERT TIPS

Expert Tips

This pie is impossibly easy because there is no crust to roll out. The crust forms as the pie bakes.

This is awesome!!!! Made this for the first time yesterday with leftover ham from thanksgiving.... added bacon, onions, & corn to the ham and used shredded cheddar instead of swiss only because i had no swiss on hand. i used x-large muffin tins to make enough for leftovers for breakfast and lunches the next day.... this was a huge hit with the family... they asked when can i make it again... shared the recipe with all the "girls" at work and they all want to try it too.. great recipe!!!!

I have been making this for years. It is awesome. It is my go to for cleaning out the fridge of bits of vegies and cheese. I mix it in the blender. This does not need a crust as someone before said. I put the cheese meat and veg in the pie plate then add the egg, milk, and bisquick mix that I had put in the blender. Perfect every time. Some times I add french fried onions, (the ones you put in green bean casserole0. yum

I have made this several times in the past but don't remember if I left a review. Anyway, I always had made with swiss cheese but the other day I tried mild cheddar and then some cheddar jack and that was really good as well. We love this and all gets eaten. Just add a tossed salad and that's all you need. It's easy to prepare!
