This was better than I expected! Gluten free breads that I've purchased have been dry and crumbly, but this was soft and tender. I'll use this recipe AND gluten free Bisquick again.

Made this for a pie contest. My husband came in first with Carmel Apple Pie which I had him make into a pie and I came in second with this pie. Both simply delicious and easy to make. Thanks Betty Crocker for 2 great recipes

Very good recipe! I made this for Thanksgiving and would definitely make it again. My boyfriend loves traditional apple pie and he didn't mind eating this one either!

I made this recipe on a snowy day here in Maine. Not only did the house smell so good, the kids came home from school and ate almost all of it. This tasted just like my mother-in-law's apple cake she used to make. Wonderful!!!

This dessert was very simple to make. I served it warm with vanilla ice cream and it was the perfect end to a Sunday family dinner. I am the only celiac in the family, but the whole crew enjoyed it.

My mom has made this pie for the longest time- with regular bisquick. My 3 year old has Celiac, and when I heard GM came out with GF Bisquick, it was the first thing I made, and was perfect. My brother in law who is gluten sensative loved it, and honestly, no one knew it was GF until after they ate it. No different then normal. Thank you GM.

I made this for Thanksgiving and double the recipe. It was awesome. I added a few more apples and cooked it a few degrees lower and about 10-20 longer than the recipe and it was a huge hit. No one at dinner even knew it was gluten free!!!

This is an absolutely easy recipe to make and my Gluten Free husband LOVES it. I also have made it using a package of frozen sliced peaches which I thawed first and it came out just as delicious. Thank you Betty Crocker for your Gluten Free mix.

My husband and son have DH. We made the pie for Thanksgiving and it was great. My husband was partial to it being warm- but what a treat. We also love the pancakes- I am not gluten free but I think they taste better than the regular pancakes! Trying the cheeseburger pie tonight!
