Italian dinner ready in 45 minutes! Enjoy this impossibly easy chicken pie made using Green Giant® frozen asparagus – a mild and flavorful meal!
cups cut-up cooked chicken
box (9 oz) Green Giant™ frozen asparagus cuts, thawed, well drained
cup frozen bell pepper and onion stir-fry (from 1-lb bag), thawed, well drained
cup grated Parmesan cheese
cup Original Bisquick™ mix
Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Layer chicken, asparagus, stir-fry mixture and cheese in pie plate.
In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.
Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Company coming? Garnish each serving of this pie with a spoonful of warmed marinara or spaghetti sauce topped with a sprinkle of freshly shredded Parmesan cheese.
