cup frozen bell pepper and onion stir-fry (from 1-lb bag), thawed, well drained

cup grated Parmesan cheese

cup Original Bisquick™ mix

cup milk

teaspoon salt

  • 1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Layer chicken, asparagus, stir-fry mixture and cheese in pie plate.
  • 2 In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into pie plate.
  • 3 Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
