This was so easy and just delish! I used skim milk and low-fat cheese. I also used Heart Smart Bisquik instead of Original. I served with sliced tomato and cucumber. Turned out great! Rare to find a new recipe that EVERYONE likes! Yea! Will make again soon.

Too dry and lacking in flavor. The milk, egg, and Bisquick mixture didn't completely cover the ingredients, so that was a big part of the problem. Won't make again.

I didn't have any cheddar cheese so I used pepper jack instead along with a tsp of seasoned salt and a half tsp of black pepper. It came out very good. I'll be making this often.

I made this for dinner tonight and it was pretty good. I would cut the chicken and broccoli into smaller pieces next time though.

Saw this recipe online today and had the urge to go out and buy the supplies to make it. So glad I did! It was really easy to make and extremely delicious. Reminded me of a fluffy omlette or keish. Will be making it again!
