The whole family will enjoy this savory pie. Loaded with chicken and cheese, it’s a great way to serve broccoli!

This was even better than I thought it would be. I'm definitely going to make it again, this time in Mini Pie form.

I am new to Gluten free living...of all things gluten free, this was amazingly good! My husband and neighbor both tried it and loved the taste, texture and ingredients. It was easy as "pie". I live in the Baja California, Mexico, wilderness 5 months of the year and I am happy to say all the ingredients are readily available--I brought Gluten Free Bisquick. Also, here, things are E-Z. Work is kept to a minimum, so it is a breeze to put together. Just try it, it is a keeper!

Ok, added a few extras to make it a little more flavorful. Added, 1/2 cup ricotta cheese, 3 eggs instead of two, 1/2 cup of seasoned italian bread crumbs and bumped up the Bisquick to 3/4 cups. With this recipe, you will need to use a 12" pie pan, and I recommend caramelizing the onions first before you mix them in. Good recipe, otherwise.

This is fantastic. This made me join this site, just so I could leave a review. ^^! This came out so well. It reminds me of growing up, my mom used to make things like this all the time for me and my family, and the second I tasted it, it just made my whole body smile. It's very easy to make, and you can change it up quite a bit! It is fantastic, thank you so much for posting this!

This is easy and wonderful!! I doubled the cheese to 2 C and used 1 LB of chicken. I also used 1 TBSPN of onion powder instead of chopped onion and followed the rest of instructions as is. This will definitely be one of our favs! :-)

Luv it!!! Took a road trip to the U.S.ofA. yesterday and I finally got my hands on some G.F. Bisquick after reading about it in magazines for months! It was wonderful to be able to make and serve this as part of our brunch menu for my celiac daughter-in-law and her family. Thanks Betty Crocker but please, bring your G.F. line of products to Canada!

This is one of my husbands favorite meals. He has no idea that it is gluten free. I have taken leftovers to school and my colleagues all ask for the recipe. They want to make it for their families. Won't be disappointed!

Fantastic! Quick and easy to make. I used leftover roasted chicken and fresh broccoli. Came out perfect... nice presentation and excellent taste.
