Made this for my family tonite for dinner. Just added a salad and it was a perfect rounded out meal. I used fresh steamed broccoli instead of the frozen. Have enough left over for another night for dinner. Definitely will make this again.

I made this last night and my husband and I both loved it. We ate it all and were disappointed that there were no leftovers. We liked it so much that I ended up making it again the second night. It's that good!! Next time I'll be making the recipe for the crowd size so we can have leftovers!

Rather bland. I added Thyme to spice it up a bit. I made it much lower calorie by using skim milk, egg substitute and 2% milk cheese. You can take the whole pan, make it 6 large servings and the calories are only 277 with the substitutions listed above.

Been making this dish for my family and friends for countless years and it never fails to disappear. Even my grown son, the vegy-hater, takes second helpings. Nostalgic, quick and easy, inexpensive and most importantly, delicious, I highly recommend this dish.
