Okay, I just made this...it is AMAZING!! Easiest cheesecake ever and absolutely delicious. It reminds me of Polish cheesecake, which has a dense, cake like texture...and is actually my favorite type of cheesecake. If I could give this recipe 10 spoons, I would!! I can't wait to try some of the other Impossible recipes, when it comes to cooking I love a big return for very little effort!

Haven't tried this yet but to cblair123 the bisquick makes it's own crust or thickening on the bottom. Do not use a ready crust. Can't wait to try this.

I made this for myself for mother's day. I am so glad I did. It was so easy and delicious. I have the Ninja kitchen system and it was ready to go in the oven in no time.I used strawberry pie filling for the top and let me tell you.....heaven
