RE bcabare: I see what you are saying. The cream cheese mixed with Bisquick will rise and fall while baking and the edge left will brown a bit. There really is no crust. :) Happy Baking!

I have been hesitant to try a cheesecake but when I saw this recipe, I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did! It was amazing how it made it's own crust! YUM! Had a little trouble getting the cream cheese to mix in my blender. I think next time I will try using my stand-mixer.

Wow, I can't believe this taste came from a BOX! I admit, I can be a recipe snob and usually shy away from recipes with ready-made ingredients. I'm glad I tried this one, however! And as a New Yorker, we know cheesecake, and we loved this version!

No need for a crust, this is the great thing about Bisquick pies. Have been making the apple, pumpkin and coconut for years but this was the first time for cheesecake. this will be the only recipe I ever use, so easy and wonderful. Topped with a some melted blueberry jam even better. And I used 1/2 Splenda 1/2 sugar and 8oz of low fat cream cheese and 8 oz of regular. Turned out just fine.
