This recipe is one of my childhood favorites, and now I make it for my own kids. It's simple and easy! It is a little bland, but that's what I like about it. I have three picky eaters, so I'm always looking for plain recipes without a lot of ingredients. It's great for kids as is, but there are definitely variations you can try to give it a more "grown up" taste. Love it!

Very good everyone loved it. I did add some extra salt and pepper to the mix, and put extra salt, pepper, minced onions, and garlic powder in the meat. Used extra cheese too.
