I use sausage instead of hamburger. This has become a traditional breakfast dish for my family.

You may want to add the missing line covering what to do with the bisquik, milk and eggs.

We love this recipe - so simple and fast! Since I don't also have bisquick and use hungry jack pancake mix! Very good!

I've been making this and the tuna version for over 20 years. It has become "comfort food" for my oldest daughter, now 22 years old. Tonight, after rediscovering the recipe, I added an additional ingredient: REAL bacon bits. 2 thumbs up from everyone! Thanks, Betty!

This is a great starting place or platform for a mulitude of Ideas. I now use a 8 X 14 glass baking to hold the extra's we add. IE:Corn, beans, green chiles, Maybe 1 cup Mexican melting cheeses or try, Mozzarella or pepper jack How about cup or two of Picante Sauce(We love Hot), an extra egg, and double the Bisquick & Milk if you use a 8 X 12-14 pan. Just have fun with it. Garlic, Cilantro, Basil, why not. Good Eats
