Made this tonight and it was very easy. I tried making it with a pound of hamburger and doubled the recipe but put a little too much bisquick, but even then, it was delicious! It had a puffy crust on the top!

I fixed this for supper tonight and both of us really liked it. I think that the only thing I might change is adding a little more hamburger.

Simple and quick, the serving size seemed small, so I used the same recipe from the larger version and halved it. Came out great!

The Bisquick mix seemed to take over the entire casserole instead of staying on top like the picture shows. Just following the receipe, this dish is very, very bland. The idea of adding some type of tomatoe sauce and french fried onions on top would definately turn the tide. With the Bisquick I may have added too much liquid.

This is a yummy recipe, however I did a lot of tweaking to it. I used 3/4lb of ground beef... 1/4lb is way way too little do to anything with. I also upped the amount of bisquick b/c it was too liquidy with the amounts given. I turned out really realy great!

I follow the recipe and add 1 can of stewed tomatoes, (OR Mexican Strewed tomatoes) for even more flavoer, most of the liquid drained off..... And I top it off with crumbled French's, French fried onion's - either reg. or cheese flavor. And then serve a little sour cream on the side. Its so Good! Everyone loves it!!!

I agree it was a little bland but it was still good. I added some ketchup and yum, yum. It was easy to make!

My husband and I really didn't care for this. It was easy and quick, but nothing spectacular. I rather have hamburgers or better yet, a meat loaf that tastes better.
