We have been pleased with GF Bisquick Impossible Cheeseburger Pie, so I thought I would try this recipe. I'm not sure if it was the addition of the potatoes or the 6 eggs, but this was not as good. It was fluffy like a cake and the potatoes were soggy. I've made this before using the Impossible Cheeseburger Pie formula, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup Bisquick, and 2 eggs. We prefer that method.

This was so easy to make and my husband and grown daughter gave it a "thumbs up". My daughter and I thought it needed something and gave it a few drops of hot sauce. Perfect! Will definitely make this again!
