We have been pleased with GF Bisquick Impossible Cheeseburger Pie, so I thought I would try this recipe. I'm not sure if it was the addition of the potatoes or the 6 eggs, but this was not as good. It was fluffy like a cake and the potatoes were soggy. I've made this before using the Impossible Cheeseburger Pie formula, 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup Bisquick, and 2 eggs. We prefer that method.

This was so easy to make and my husband and grown daughter gave it a "thumbs up". My daughter and I thought it needed something and gave it a few drops of hot sauce. Perfect! Will definitely make this again!

Seconds, please?! WOW! Was this good! I made mine so I could freeze it for breakfast in the morning. I just had it for dinner and I am having a hard time not going for thirds. I used a mix of cheeses in a package that had cheddar, jack, and American in it. Much better than using plain cheddar! Then for the milk I used half and half. The rest of the recipe was the same. It is really good!

This is an amazingly delicious delight! We had a pot luck a few weeks ago and the theme was breakfast for dinner. We had about 8 people who ALL fell in love with this item! Great also for that houseguest breakfast or holiday entertaining. % stars from me!!!!!

Very easy and does not taste GF (I did use GF Bisquick). My whole family loved it. Next time I will try with ham and different cheeses.

This dish is great! Fast and easy! I did modify for my selective family and used maple sausage and no onions or peppers. Everyone loves this meal.

I forgot to mention that I do not care for sausage... eck. I was planning to use lean ground beef (only 7%). Or buying some beef and putting it in the food processor. Wondering if I need to add oil if I do the very lean stuff?????

This sounds wonderful, but I only have the original Bisquick (which we older folks know is not really original, cause it has no lard, lol). I am going to try it very soon though. And I have a HINT for others that may be as broke as me. Buy the jars of red peppers for a dollar at the Dollar Tree store, cause I can not afford fresh red bell peppers at more than $3. all you do is drain the jar and rinse it once and then drain them. No need to cook them, just chp them up and add them to the mix.
