Can this be made with just bacon for the meat? Also, how long would I bake if I doubled the recipe? I need to fee quite a few! Thanks!

This was soo yummy! I have a little bit of an egg allergy and this wasn't as "eggy" as a lot of other casseroles and my boys and husband loved it. It was nice to change it up for sunday morning breakfast to a yummy casserole from just eggs, sausage, bacon and bisuits and gravy for me! Thanks Betty Crocker!! I will def be making this again!

@SusanCona - we make this for Christmas morning every year. We prepare it before bed on Christmas Eve, and put it in the fridge. On Christmas morning we preheat the oven, and bake it while opening gifts. So, yes, it can be premade and kept in the fridge!

Can this dish be prepared ahead and kept in fridge over nite, then cook in the morning?

This was great. We like things a little spicy so we added banana pepers and peper flakes, but the kids loved it.

Great versatile recipe. I used tater tots cut up because I didn't have hash browns at home. I can't wait to try different cheese and veggie combinations.

I forgot to rank the dish in my previous post.....and that I think it would also be very good with green chiles, different cheeses and trying different meats with it too. I will certainly make again.
