I've made this recipe several times for family get-togethers, and breakfast at work. I always get lots of compliments and asked for the recipe.
If you don't have swiss cheese substitute cheddar or another favorite. To make it even easier, I use the precooked bacon sold in grocery stores. Just follow the directions on the package to make it crispy and then crumble or cut up.
When making larger quantitites, I've doubled the recipe and put it in a 13 X 9 pan. I usually add a couple extra eggs to the 4 (8 if doubled) eggs in the recipe. Be careful not to add to many eggs as it can come out drier. If you don't like onions, they are easily omitted. You can also use other types of already cooked meats in place of the bacon.
