This is an impressive dessert to serve to your guests! It's creamy, but still fruity. Watch the quality of your apricot preserves if you want the best flavor, though. Wonderful recipe!!

I used a little extra almond extract and an extra can of apricots(halved) to put over the pie, they fall in perfectly with the tops showing just abit, Family has me making it weekly!

This was good, but not amazing. I don't know if I'd make it again. I substituted almond extract for the vanilla, but I don't think that was the issue. Again, good - but not particularly impressive.

I've used this recipe for years, and it's my family favorite. I've taken it to parties, and have continually been asked for the recipes. Many people don't like crusts on pie, and which it's why my family loves it. I'm looking for more of these types of pies. Thanks Bisquick!!

This "pie" was interesting. Kind of a cross between a cake and something like a rice pudding. I could see some people being put off by the texture. It did have a nice flavour - not too sweet with a hint of apricot.

This is a simple recipe that is great for any night of the week. Moist and fruity, all three generations in our home love it. It is like fruit pie, custard and bread pudding all mixed into one easy to make delicious pie.

This was the WORST!!!! I used top of the line ingredients - each family member took one bite - it went down the garbage disposal!

This recipe was simple. It was really moist and not overly sweet. My husband and I enjoyed it.

This pie was easy to make and tasted good. The glaze on top with a dab of whipped cream made it the perfect end to our family dinner. There were no leftovers once everyone tried this pie!
