cup granulated sugar

cup bisquick

eggs beaten

teaspoon vanilla extract

cup melted margarine
1/2
cup coconut (optional)
  1. scald milk and let cool to room temperature
  2. in blender add ingredients in order listed after milk is not boiling hot so that eggs do not cook. blend 3-4 minutes
  3. pour mixture into a greased 10 inch pie pan
  4. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until a knife comes out clean.
