Excellent and easy. I was making it for a bunch of second graders, so used 2 packages of softened cream cheese (1 low fat, 1 regular), 2-1/2 cups of shredded cheddar, and 1 package of ranch dressing mix for the ball. Followed the other directions exactly. Turned out great--and was very yummy. Cream cheese stuffed olives are fabulous...but then again, fat plus more fat, usually is. ;)

This is a great treat! It is a little time consuming but it is so cute when it is finished that it is well worth the time! It is not difficult, just takes time! My kids and their classmates loved it. It was a HUGE hit! Enjoy

I had so much fun making these. You have to put the time in though. I made them twice last year and it will probably be another couple till I wanna do it again. :)

I have made this cheese ball for years now. Everyone loves it! It does take some time to put together. My kids love making the penguins! The cheese ball is delicious! It wows the crowd!
