pint lime sherbet, softened

cup vanilla ice cream, softened
1
cup whipping cream, whipped
1/2
cup green crème de menthe liqueur or crème de menthe syrup
Whipped cream
Chocolate curls, if desired
  1. In large bowl, blend sherbet and ice cream until smooth.
  2. Using wire whisk, add crème de menthe. Fold in 2/3 cup of the whipped cream.
  3. Pour into individual serving dishes; cover and freeze at least 4 hours or overnight until firm.
  4. Garnish each with remaining whipped cream and chocolate curls before serving.
