I made these tonight. Not sure what went wrong but they spread way too much. The dough was very sticky and hard to place half the dough on top of the other half. Taste wise, they're very good. Make sure you use parchment, that was a big help with clean up esp. when some of my filling came out. I might try marbling the filling into the dough and then just making a log and baking it.
