  • 1 Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 9-inch round (2-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray.
  • 2 In large bowl, mix mayonnaise, roasted peppers, onions and chile; stir in cheeses. Spoon mixture into baking dish.
  • 3 Bake uncovered 20 to 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Garnish with cilantro. Serve dip warm with bread slices.
