Ingredients

1/2: 10 oz package frozen spinach, thawed, drained and coarsely chopped

1: 14 oz can artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped

4: oz cream cheese, room temperature

1/2: cup sour cream

1/4: cup mayonnaise

1: clove garlic, grated

1/2: teaspoon chili sauce (optional)

1/4: cup grated parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated

1/4: cup mozzarella, shredded

Directions

1 Mix everything and pour it into a baking dish.
2 Bake in a preheated 350F oven until the sides are bubbling and the cheese cheese has melted and turned golden brown on top, about 20-30 minutes.

I made this for my sons baby shower and everybody Loved it. They asked for the recipe. I messed up though and used a whole cup of may instead of the 1/4 it called for. But it turned out and tasted awesome!! So the next time I make it, idk if I should make it according to the directions or the way I made the first time. If I make it according to the directions I will let you all know how it turned out. :)
