Wow, I was amazed by this recipe!!! Although it's not something I would serve a diabetic (lots of sugar!!), it really is a delicious dessert with little effort. Really impressive, and only the pan to wash - no mixer bowls, etc. etc. Will definitely make it again!

Instead of baking this in the over, follow the procedure exactly then pop it in the microwave for 8-10 minutes! So good!

This was really good, I do agree it was strange with the water at the end, wasn't sure how it was going to turn out but it turned out really well! My husband almost died when he took his first bite! It was delicious! Not floury at all, but very, very sweet!

This is a great cake if you love to bake but hate to clean up afterwards because the cake is mixed directly in the pan. All you have to wash is a fork and the measuring cups/spoons. It isn't like a brownie, so expect this cake to be soft like a cake. Great for get-togethers.
