I was disappointed with this recipe. I thought it was incredibly bland. Nobody said a word when they ate it at my football party, and my husband admitted that it wasn't very tasty.

This was not as good as I expected it to be. It was too sweet and too fragile a flavor; easily overwhelmed by seasoned crackers. I am going to try it again, deleting the sugar and increasing the cheese, onion and crab.

I love this recipe! I've been making it for years, and my guests love it too. I generally add a little more crab and parm cheese. I serve with crackers, peppercorn water crackers add a little extra kick. I will be making it for our thanksgiving feast this year.
