I do not like instant cocoa mix. Is there any way to use unsweetened cocoa to make this? If so, what would I increase or add? Thank you, dearcat

What is the purpose of the powdered sugar? Hot cocoa mix is already very sweet.

I used the hot cocoa with marshmallows, put graham crackers on the bottom of a wine glass then the mousse on top and finished off with french vanilla whipped cream. Amazing!!
