  1. **PREHEAT OVEN TO 375** Coat a small casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
  2. In a processor pulse Brie, Cheddar, Cream Cheese, Mayo, Tomatoes, Dijon, & Salt until smooth.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes. Allow to cool at least 10 minutes.
