lb powdered sugar

lb brown sugar

teaspoons cinnamon

teaspoon nutmeg
rum for serving
  1. Cream together butter, sugars and spices.
  2. Add ice cream and beat to combine.
  3. Divide batter between gift jars and freeze.
  4. To drink add 2 tablespoons batter, 1 jigger dark rum and enough boiling water to fill a mug.
