Four ingredients and a microwave oven are all you need to make this version of a to-die-for dip.

This was great! Quick and easy, and delicious! Whipped up in less than 10 minutes, including heating. Every one at the baby shower I made it for loved it, even the kids!

This recipe is fabulous! I actually wound up cooking it in the oven instead of the microwave, & switched to broil at the end and browned it a teeny bit on top and I think that really added to it. This recipe doesn't make a whole lot - if you are making it for a party or potluck or such, I would double (or even quadruple or triple) the recipe. But it is definitely wonderful and I will certainly make it again and again!

I would definitely make this for parties or potlucks, but would probably double (or even triple or quadruple) the recipe - as it is, it doesn't last very long, but it's definitely wonderful and very easy & quick to make!

This dip is the easiest I have ever made. I took it to a labor day party and evryone was asking who made it. I am making it today to take to another party. Very tasty.

This recipe is so good. Very easy to make and even easier to eat! The first time I made it everyone kept asking who made the artichoke dip.

Great recipe but if you're planning on having more than just a few people you better double or triple this recipe. It was gone within 30 minutes of our New Year's Eve party starting. Next time I will try it with a small can of chopped green chilies and some fresh garlic or garlic powder.
