Can someone tell me what is the serving size? Is it one cup or half a cup? I want to try this my self. I am on weight watchers and it is five points plus points per serving. I just need to know what that is. Thanks

This was a perfect snack for the busy Xmas season. Made two batches following over directions and will be making more very soon.

this recipe makes great gifts for any time of the year. the way the items combined forms a sweet and salty taste in your mouth, when you follow the recipe.

I have made this twice and my kids loved it each time. The first time turned out perfectly and I brought it to a play date and it was a hit! The second time I was short about a cup and a half of the Chex cereal so I compensated with extra Honey Nut Cheerios. That didn't do the trick. I assume the Chex absorbs the honey/butter mixture better than the Cheerios. It tasted the same but was stickier and a bit messier to eat. So make sure you have enough Chex! And serve this with hand wipes! (And not on carpeted or upholstered surfaces)

I was really excited to make this, but it turned out to be a disappointment. I don't know if it was my fault, but I think it would have turned out relatively the same had I followed the recipe. I was short about 2 tablespoons on the honey. I didn't have sunflower nuts or candy coated pieces, so I just made the mix with the cereals, honey and butter. Although, I did think of using chocolate chips and peanuts as substitutes. I figured it would still taste good without the add-ons. Anyway, eating the cereals as they already are tastes much better than this mix. I won't make this again.

This mix is a nice change from the original Chex Mix. The blend of sweetness and saltiness is great! This will become an Easter tradition for my family.

I made this and bagged up little portions for my family as an Easter gift. Everyone LOVED it! The sunflower seeds and the chocolate really make this special. And you could always substitute other color chocolate to follow whatever special event you are making this for. This one is going in my keeper file!
