I LOVE THIS RECIPE. IT'S VERY EASY TO MAKE AND IS DELICIOUS. IT'S GREAT FOR WHEN YOU DON'T HAVE ALOT OF TIME TO SPEND IN THE KITCHEN.

yummy, yummy, yummy! I didn''t have the honey mustard, I used Creamy Dijon Mustard instead. This made for a very easy and quick dinner!

ham is difficult to sauce to everyone''s satisfaction but this gives a light and smooth complement to the strong and salty ham. The mustard is enough of a spice without competing and the onion gives an aside note of flavour. My tastes tend toward adding more honey or using a smokier ham. Very good especially with butterred noodles and asparagus.
